Cost and Insurance

Dollar SignRadiation therapy is expensive - especially during the initial treatment planning and set-up procedures. Consultation services, treatment devices, and daily treatment add further expense. Your insurance will probably cover a large percentage of the cost, ranging from 70% to 100%. We will bill your insurance company and/or Medicare for you. Insurance payments that are mailed directly to you should be brought into our office for credit to your account. In order to bill any supplemental insurance carrier, we will need a copy of the primary explanation of benefits. We are participating with Medicare (which means we accept Medicare assignments).

You will receive a monthly bill. We ask that you pay 20% of each month's charges while your insurance claim is being processed. If necessary, we will be happy to arrange a convenient payment plan for you.

It is difficult enough dealing with the diagnosis of cancer and undergoing treatment, without having to worry about paying for it. Our policy is to do everything possible to expedite your claims and to help in any way with payments.
